the Cement Association of Canada, concrete condominiums continue to be
the home of choice for new-multi-family home consumers. The majority
(70%) of prospective buyers are willing to pay up to 15%
more for concrete condos. Added value is placed on
structural integrity, noise abatement and safety and the
long term value concrete offers.

Multi-Family
Residential

When
purchasing your first home or your dream home, buyers are always looking
for good value. The number one complaint in a multi-family unit is
unwanted noise from the neighbours. Concrete has always been the
construction material of choice for reducing sound transmission.
High
on the priority list of any family home is durability. In the event that
there is any water leakage you can rest assured that your concrete
building will not rot. Your investment is secure when purchasing a home
constructed from concrete.
Multi-family
construction can be in the form of ICF's or the traditional cast-in-place
concrete. Both types of construction deliver the benefits mentioned above
while enhancing the value of the building to the owner.
